This year +Katrina and I created origami Christmas decorations. I took some photographs to put on her blog, and I thought I would share some here.

A candy striped Christmas wreath
For most of the decorations we folded wrapping paper to try and get Christmas colours, or different patterns, instead of using plain coloured paper sheets.

A Christmas wreath and a water bomb decoration
We also had the idea to fold small water bombs, like the ones my brother and I would do when we were younger.

An origami angel on top of the christmas tree
The angel was folded with a firmer paper, better suited for normal origami than what wrapping paper would have been.
I enjoyed both the folding, and taking photographs afterwards, although I did learn that it is very difficult focusing the camera on decorations on a christmas tree, especially with a very shallow depth of field.
To see the rest of the photographs have a look at the album.
